General Colin Powell on McCain-Palin Scaremongering

In case you missed the news, General Colin Powell, a Republican, endorsed Barack Obama for President on Meet the Press this past weekend.  After his appearance on Meet the Press, General Powell met with reporters outside, and answered several questions. The video below covers his opinion on how the McCain-Palin ticket has handled the issue of scaremongering at their rallies.
